• Facilitates contact between parties only; the adoption agreement and legal responsibility rest solely with the users involved.
• Strictly prohibits the sale of animals. Only free adoptions are allowed. Any publication that includes words related to sale, price, or payment will be automatically removed.

3. Requirements to Use the Platform

• Be over 18 years old.
• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Comply with Spanish animal welfare legislation, including Law 7/2023 on the protection of animal rights and welfare.
• Not publish animals for commercial purposes, illegal breeding, or those coming from abuse.

4. User Obligations

4.1. Owners and Organizations

• Guarantee that the animal meets legal requirements (vaccination, microchip, documentation).
• Provide truthful information about the animal's health status, temperament, and behavior.
• Not publish animals of protected or dangerous species without corresponding administrative authorizations.
• Respond responsibly to adoption requests.
• Not request any type of payment, mandatory donation, or economic consideration for the adoption. Voluntary donations after adoption are permitted but must not be a condition for adoption.

4.2. Adopters

• Complete the adoption application form honestly.
• Comply with conditions established by the animal owner (e.g., follow-up visits, adequate space).
• Assume full legal and financial responsibility for the animal after adoption, including veterinary expenses, food, and care.
• Notify the Platform of any irregularity or suspicion of abuse.
